HM-668 is a Chinese meat bun forming machine, adopting rolling and stuffing method, which preserve the fluffy texture. First, the dough had to be rolled into a long sheet of dough wrapper by automatic dough sheeter. Then, the wrapper will be put on the dough conveyor of HM-668 for further production. The dough will be rolled into appropriate thickness and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. Moreover, the weight, size, and proportion of the skin and filling are adjustable. Finally, the filled roll will be formed into balls and buns by encrusting shutter.
