HM-698 is a multipurpose stuffed bread processing machine for steamed bread and steamed bun making. Aside from Chinese steamed bun, bakery foods made of straight dough, old dough and sponges can be made by HM-698. To preserve the elasticity and texture of the dough, HM-698 rolled the dough into appropriate thickness, and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. Moreover, the weight, size, and proportion of the skin and filling are adjustable. Finally, the filled roll will be formed into balls and buns by encrusting shutter. With optional cutter, molds and detachable filling feeder, HM-698 can make vegan buns, steamed breads (mantou) and duck buns, bao buns (gua bao), steamed silk roll, biscuit sticks and more. Additionally, HM-698 can serve as a stuffed bread processing machine for savory bread, custard bread, red bean bread and more. As an upgrade model of HM-688, HM-968 can produce steamed silk thread roll with optional devices. Easy to operate, simple to clean and assemble, HM-698 is efficient, user-friendly and hygienic.
