HM-630 semi-auto spring roll making machine was designed for commercial production of spring rolls and samosas. First, the batter in the hopper will be sprayed evenly on the rotating heated drum. The cooked pastry will automatically fall on the cooling conveyor, forming a long sheet of thin spring roll wrapper. Then, the cooled pastry sheet will be cut. After the spring roll sheets were made, the sheets will be placed on the conveyor for filling distribution. Though the last wrapping procedure will be completed manually, HM-630 can save the cost of spring roll sheet making and filling stuffing. Controlled by timer, HM-630 is easy to operate and coordinate with labor in the production line.
