Hundred Machinery’s automatic teamed bread production line started with HM-321 dough sheeting machine and HM-322 dough dividing machine. Kneaded dough will be flattened and processed into dough sheet for HM-666 Chinese meat bun – sweet bun forming machine. HM-666 will flatten the dough sheet into appropriate thickness, and then wrapped up the filling extruded on the wrapper by main roller. The forming method can preserve the elasticity and texture. Then, the filled roll will be cut into loaves or long rolls by vertical cutter for bread, scallion roll, bicolor mantou and more. Finally, HM-203 automatic aligning machine will arrange the products on the tray.
