Rheon Punching Machine is a bread dough punching down machine for bread production. Deflating the dough and release the air after the bread dough fermented, punching down is a process used by artisan bakers to prevent the dough from being over-proofed, which will lead to dense texture. Rheon punching machine gently pat out the air by high speed rotation to prevent holes in the breads. The process will enhance the texture of the dough and create breads with handmade texture. After being processed in the punching machine, the dough can be used to produce fine bread, buns and rolls with Rheon N208, AN208/209.
