The Saudi Olympic Academy, in cooperation with the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center, organized Sports Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Workshop” in the conference hall of Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex in Riyadh with the presence of more than 100 participants from various sports sectors in the presence of the President of the Sports Arbitration Center, Dr. Mohammed Bassam. During the workshop, the importance of awareness and culture towards enhancing awareness about legal and sports issues was emphasized. Through a speech delivered by Dr. Najla Al-Haqeel, a member of the Board of Directors of the Sports Arbitration Center, who stressed the importance of the workshops, referring to the role of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center in resolving disputes and introducing the main role of the center and its future goals. A comprehensive lecture was also presented during which the center addressed several key topics. The center also reviewed the role of the sports judiciary in the settlement of cases, including the concepts of sports disputes and mechanisms for resolving these disputes. and the importance of sports dispute resolution legislation.
